Bloc Architects are a design-led architectural practice based in Epsom, Surrey (UK) with a focus on re-imagining the places we call home. From the big picture, down to the little details, our intention is to create architecture and spaces of all scales and sizes that enhance and enlivens our everyday lives.
We believe in creating homes and spaces that are not just functional but also evoke emotion and create lasting impressions. To amaze and wow, or to relax and rejuvenate in equal measure. We think about each moment as an experience. The feeling you have when you pull up to your house, when you enter the front door, as you entertain friends and family, as you open the curtains first thing in the morning or gaze at the sunset in the evening. We see all of these things that we do all the time, in our homes, as an opportunity to craft a memory. To make the mundane something special. The architecture of the everyday.
Whether we’re designing an extension, a new home or a development, our approach doesn’t change. This allows us to create unique solutions that stitch together our client’s requirements with the site, context, sustainability and planning. Our aim is to make the process an enjoyable and collaborative journey.

Creative Professionals
Bloc Architects are registered with the ARB (Architecture Registration Board) and is an RIBA Chartered Practice. This means that along with our creativity, you can be confident that you’ll be in good hands, working with a practice that maintains the highest standards of the profession. Communication is key. We make sure our clients are informed at every stage, keeping the channel of communication open and transparent throughout. Our intention is to take the pressure off your shoulders. Making what could be a stressful process smoother, and maybe even enjoyable!
Bammy Williams
Bloc Architects was founded by Bammy Williams (RIBA ARB) in 2021. After graduating from the Welsh School of Architecture (BSc, MArch) and qualifying as an Architect at Kingston University (Dip Arch) in 2012, he honed his experience working with several Award-winning practices in London and Australia. His exposure to a variety of sectors, from schools, hospital, higher education and high-end residential, equipped him with the skills and expertise to transform great ideas and concepts, bringing them to reality.
Bammy’s approach to architecture is deeply embedded in the ethos of the practice. His design focused mindset allows him to bring a unique perspective to every project. By working closely with each client, he takes the time to listen and understand their needs, fostering, collaborating and communicating the design and ideas with ease and clarity throughout the whole process. His passion for architecture is clear to see and potentially contagious!
